Here's the honest version: our ice cream base — milk, cream, sugar, eggs — has no gluten in it. Gluten shows up in mix-ins like brownies, cookie dough, and waffle cones.
Because we make every mix-in ourselves, we know exactly what's in each flavor, and we mark the gluten-free ones GF on the board and online. Most of the case, most days, is gluten-free.
