Assistant Ice Cream Maker
Weekday daytime shifts in a cold kitchen, competitive pay, health benefits for full-timers, and all the ice cream you can eat. Almost nobody walks in already knowing how to make ice cream — so nobody's expected to. You'll start in prep, and grow into making our ice creams and sorbets as you learn the kitchen.
Step 1
You start here — Kitchen Prep
Process fruit and herbs, cut confections, bottle sauces, box and label orders, keep the kitchen clean.
Step 2
You grow into — Ice cream making
Churn, pint, pan and box our ice creams and sorbets, once you've got the kitchen rhythm down.
Step 3
No timeline pressure
We move people up when they're ready, not on a schedule. Plenty of the team is happily still in prep.
