Visiting
What are your hours?
Most shops: Mon–Thu 12–10pm, Fri–Sat 12–11pm, Sun 12–10pm. Tempe opens at 2pm on weekdays. Each location page has the full table.
Where are you located?
Four shops: Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix (16th St), Scottsdale (Shea Blvd), and Tempe. See our locations for maps and directions.
Do you have parking?
Yes at all four — details on each location page.
Are you kid-friendly? Dog-friendly?
Kids, absolutely. Dogs are welcome on our patios, and yes, we'll happily give them a tiny whipped-cream cup.
Flavors & Dietary
How many flavors do you have?
About twenty in the case daily, rotating regularly. The full current list is on our flavors page.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Always — at least four every day. Filter for dairy-free on the flavors page.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Most of the case is gluten-free and everything is labeled. Filter for gluten-free on the flavors page.
Do you really make everything from scratch?
We really do. The base, the caramel, the brownies, the waffle cones, the sauces. Fresh milk and cream from independent Arizona dairy farms.
Can you make my favorite flavor?
Flavor requests are our favorite kind of mail — tell us at scoop@sweetrepublic.com. No promises, but Dill Pickle started as a dare.
Ordering
Can I order online?
Yes — pickup and delivery at our online ordering site.
Do you sell pints?
Yes, hand-packed pints in-shop and online.
Do you ship ice cream?
Not currently — our ice cream stays in Arizona, where we can vouch for every mile of the cold chain.
Catering & Gift Cards
Do you do catering or party orders?
Both — ice cream cakes and pies for pickup, and full-service sundae bars for parties, offices, and schools. See catering.
Do you have gift cards?
Digital gift cards delivered instantly — buy at our online ordering site.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes — earn a point per $1, redeem for free ice cream. Sign up in-shop or via the ordering site.
