Real Mint Chip

People ask why our mint chip is white. The answer is that mint leaves are green and mint flavor is not. We steep fresh Arizona-grown mint into warm cream like tea, then strain the leaves out. What's left is bright, herbal, and the color of cream — because that's what it is.

No extract, no dye, nothing that tastes faintly of toothpaste. Just leaves, time, and a base that's been babysat.

The chocolate is chopped, not chipped. Real dark chocolate in irregular shards that shatter instead of going waxy on your tongue. It's the version of mint chip you remember liking as a kid, made the way you'd hope somebody would.
