Everyone knows the best part of a bowl of cereal is the milk at the bottom — sweet, a little malty, tasting of whatever was floating in it. We wanted that in a scoop. Not cereal-flavored ice cream. The milk.

So the base is a dreamy swirl of malted milk, sweet cream and vanilla. Then we load it up: white chocolate crispy cereal for crunch, mini marshmallows for chew, and the swirls of color you remember from the box. So many textures, colors and flavors in one scoop. It was a fun one to make.

It's this month's special, in the case while it lasts. Saturday morning, all day.
