Sweet Republic serving up an unusual cool treat: asparagus ice cream.
Over the last 15 years, artisan ice cream shop Sweet Republic has had some unusual flavors. Alongside the expected flavors like vanilla bean or rocky road, there's been bacon ice cream, avocado ice cream, and now, asparagus ice cream. The Show met with Sweet Republic's co-owner Helen Yung in the back of their Tempe location to learn more.
